Your Own IT Department
This is our highest endpoint plan which includes everything required to fully support your businesses IT assets from top to bottom. In addition to remote technical support we also include any technical work that may be required onsite. Also included is any vendor liaison that may be required and a loan device will be provided if needed to keep you up and running while we rectify the faulty hardware or software corruption issue.
As Always Tech Patrol includes real-time system monitoring with e-mail alerts to our NOC team when critical thresholds are reached. This includes Hard Disk Drive errors, free disk space, RAM usage and CPU performance. We keep a 3-month history of this data and can provide comprehensive reports which will highlight any trends that you should become aware of. Furthermore, information about the asset is tracked such as hardware and software installed, serial number and warranty information.
We also ensure that all Operating Systems and Security patches are pushed on a weekly basis and your Antivirus software is updating at the least daily.
