Standard is our midrange plan, which provides everything that our essentials plan offers, however we also include any
technical support that may be required that can be done remotely.
Tech Patrol includes real-time system monitoring with e-mail alerts to our NOC team when critical thresholds are reached. This includes Hard Disk Drive errors, free disk space, RAM usage and CPU performance. We keep a 3-month history of this data and can provide comprehensive reports which will highlight any trends that you should become aware of. Furthermore, information about the asset is tracked such as hardware and software installed, serial number and warranty information.
We also ensure that all Operating Systems and Security patches are pushed on a weekly basis and your Antivirus software is updating at the least daily.
In addition to what is included with all plans, Tech Patrol will provide unlimited remote Technical support for Endpoint devices with this package.
